Return Policy:

We want you to love your purchase. If something just isn't right let us know and we can give you store credit.

  • We must receive your return within 14 days of your order date to be eligible for an in-store credit. International orders are allowed 28 days.
  • Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Your printed order confirmation must be included.
  • Any returns sent after this period will be denied. 
  • Sales items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns or exchanges after 14 days will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.

Do we offer return labels?

We do not offer return labels.

Can I make a return past the 14 day period for store credit?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept clothing past the 14-day return policy for store credit. All items for return must be delivered back within 14 days.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable.

  • All jewellery
  • All sale items
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. You may then place an order for the desired size. WE DO NOT GIVE MONETARY REFUNDS, YOUR RETURN WILL INSPECTED AND THEN WHEN APPROVED YOU WILL BE GRANTED STORE CREDIT.
